This French chocolate cake has a creamy texture that melts in your mouth, similar to truffle chocolate, and falls between a mousse and a chocolate cheesecake. If you love chocolate, this cake will definitely hit you right in the sweet spot.

Valrhona manjari 64% dark chocoate, Valrhona cocoa powder, egg, sugar, Japanese cake flour, heavy cream, butter.

/ Can be kept sealed at room temperature for 3 days or in a fridge for up to 5 days.
/ It is recommended to allow the Gâteau au Chocolat to sit at room temperature for at least an hour before serving, in order to maximize its fluffy and soft texture.
