Our Salted Hazelnut Cocoa Madeleines provide a delectable pairing of sweetness and saltiness. Crafted with top chopped hazelnuts and a touch of Fleur de sel salt, these French treats boast a pleasing nutty aroma and rich chocolate flavor.

/ Cocoa Madeleine: Fleur de sel salt, Valrhona cocoa powder, egg, sugar, home-made brown butter, Japanese flour, honey, baking powder(aluminum free).
/ Chopped Hazelnuts 

Can be kept sealed at room temperature for 4 days or in a fridge for up to 6 days.
